Thanks to the solar panel system, the operating costs of the building and the apartments approach ZERO. The energy transition necessitates a rethinking of the construction industry. The project is based on the philosophy that in the home of the future, electricity should be produced using predominantly renewable energy sources. The communication of energy markets and the electricity generated solely from universally available energy sources will contribute to the creation of future homes. In this context, the production and storage of electricity, the energy flow within the building, and communication with an intelligent public grid (Smart Grid) also play a role. **TECHNICAL FEATURES:** In the framework of the SunSource 20-Buda project, our building offers a pleasant green environment through the appropriate application of modern and energy-efficient solutions, aiming for a higher quality of life.
