Dead end = the beginning of tranquility (and a stream )

If you are tired of the noise but don’t want to move to the ends of the earth, then this plot is made for you. A 1605 m² building plot is for sale at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Vasvár. Only those who live here come… well, and the postman. What you get: - 30% buildability – time to build your house - The front of the plot is almost flat (about 25–30 m), then it slopes down, and at the end, it gently inclines - A stream runs at the back of the plot – not a YouTube sound, but reality - There are already fruit trees – jam project check - Connected to the sewer - Water, electricity, and gas are available at the front of the plot - Paved road – no need for an SUV + Bonus: - Peace, birdsong, normal neighbors - Cul-de-sac → minimal traffic - Center is a 5-minute walk (yes, really) And what’s not there (which is an advantage right now): - No house on it → no need to demolish, no compromises - No noise, no through traffic, no unnecessary stress If you are looking for a place where you can build your own little peace (even literally), then it’s worth checking this out. Call me before someone else realizes that the end of the cul-de-sac is the best spot. Full administrative service, bank-independent loan advice, lawyer recommendation – if needed, you won’t be alone with the paperwork.
