The color scheme is no accident and is perfectly harmonized, possibly even designed based on Feng Shui principles: The colors of the house, fence, and interior spaces are professionally planned, each shade blending seamlessly with the next. The interior design was created by a professional interior designer.

Garden - Design Garden:
10-12 fruit trees have been planted (including sweet apple, sour apple, plum, cherry, sour cherry, pear, peach, almond, pomegranate, fig, etc.). They are planted in such a way that they blossom one after the other, ensuring a continuous harvest from spring to late autumn (from May to October). The entire garden has been designed and implemented by a professional landscaper, and it is a true oasis with high design standards. Special attention has been paid to privacy: approximately 20 evergreen Leyland cypress trees ensure a private atmosphere. A laurel cherry hedge runs along the fence, roses climb up the trellises, lavender grows around the perimeter, and there are also boxwoods mixed in. The grass is made of the highest quality sports turf, durable and resistant, and the soil has been enriched with topsoil to allow healthy plant growth. The garden is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, fully enclosed for maximum privacy. It has been designed so that the decorative plants and fruit trees surround the fence, creating a 200m² lawn in the center, offering space for a pool, barbecue area, or other leisure activities. Utilities and Costs:
There are two water meters: one for garden irrigation (in the basement) and another for normal consumption (in the shaft).
