Functionally, the attic conversion only allows for the creation of apartments, resulting in various floor plan designs, primarily with areas around 50-110 square meters. According to the plans, the heating and cooling requirements of the apartments will be met using a Mitsubishi VRF system air-to-air heat pump. Baross Street is one of the main central streets of the eighth district, which has excellent public transport connections: several tram, trolleybus, and metro lines are easily accessible from here.
