A VII. kerület csendes részén, a Murányi utcában eladó II. emeleti, utcai tájolású, világos, jó állapotú, praktikus elrendezésű lakás. Jó választás azok számára, akik szeretnének közel lenni a belvároshoz, ugyanakkor fontos számukra a nyugodtabb lakókörnyezet.

A környéken a 7-es buszcsalád, a 20-as, 30-as járatok, valamint a Damjanich utcai trolibuszok is segítik a közlekedést.

Unique offer! A 4-room, 2-bathroom apartment for sale in a renovated condominium on Weiner Leo Street. This advantageous layout 4-room apartment is located in downtown, in a carefully renovated building. A bourgeois atmosphere in the Pest Broadway district. The property on the second floor has an area of 87m², featuring a spacious, bright living room, 3 separate bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is in good condition, but since such well-distributed and well-appointed civil apartments rarely come to the market, we recommend it for development purposes as well. The spacious areas provide numerous opportunities for creating unique furnishings. The apartment: - Second floor - 87m² floor area, living room, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen, spacious hallway - The living room and the main bedroom are oriented to the northwest, with street views, and are sunny in the early afternoon - The main bedroom has a comfortably sized private bathroom - The two smaller bedrooms (10m² each) have windows overlooking the quiet inner corridor of the building, with no passage in front of the apartment - Hot water and heating are provided by gas central heating controlled by a thermostat - The kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the living room by a partition wall The condominium: - Underwent complete external and internal facade as well as corridor renovations in 2017 - A uniform colour code applies to doors and windows on both the external and internal facades and stairwell - The incoming water pipe has been replaced - Replacement of the main electrical line and installation of an elevator are on the agenda, with the building collecting quotes The property is bus-free, located on a one-way street that is quiet compared to downtown conditions. Even with open windows during the day, the apartment is pleasant. A rare opportunity in this category, as most similar-sized apartments have either been divided into separate small studios, converted into hostels, or consist of interconnecting rooms. The excellent condition of the building itself is truly an extra value. For more information and to schedule a viewing, please feel free to contact us.
