A youthful small family house with a 'tiny house' style.

In the busy street of Andráshida, near a bus stop, I am offering a two-story family house for sale, built in 2019. The lower level features a brick garage and a laundry-summer kitchen, which can also be converted into living space. The currently used living area, accessible via an external staircase, is a lightweight structure designed as an American kitchen living room + bedroom + bathroom. The garden area has a usage right of 399 m², allowing for the possibility of creating a small vegetable or fruit garden. The building is heated by a condensing boiler, and air conditioning on the upper level ensures a pleasant temperature. Nearby, you will find shopping options, a medical office, a kindergarten, a school, as well as a fishing pond. A thermal bath, a lake beach, and the Aquacity water park are just 10 minutes away. This could be an ideal choice for young people or for an investor looking to rent it out. The ownership situation is clear, and the property is free of encumbrances, with a residential classification. An energy certificate is in process. Several small buildings and a greenhouse can provide accommodation for any guests who may stay. This place is the perfect choice for those who: – crave rejuvenation – love being close to nature – are looking for their own little 'retreat' world – want a creative camp – are interested in rental or Airbnb utilization The property is usable in its current state, but with some minor aesthetic updates, it can be transformed into a truly lovable, uniquely styled refuge. Here, you are not just buying a house – you are purchasing a lifestyle.
