Developer expectations dictate that the building be constructed according to the latest investment principles. The goal was to build an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and innovative residential building. The building's energy classification is A+++, and accordingly, the construction materials used for the building envelope, the air heat pump technology for heating and cooling, as well as the alternative energy-generating elements were selected. Thanks to the solar panel system, the building and the apartments' utility costs approach ZERO. The energy transition necessitates a rethinking of the construction industry. The project is based on the philosophy that the electricity in future homes should be produced using renewable energy sources. The communication of energy markets and the electricity generated solely from universally available energy sources will create the homes of the future. This involves the production and storage of electricity, the flow of energy within the building, and communication with an intelligent public network (Smart Grid). **TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:** Within the framework of the SunSource 20-Buda project, our building offers a pleasant green environment through the appropriate application of modern and energy-efficient solutions, promoting a higher quality of life. Our energy solutions project the buildings of the future.
