Description
A Hungarian privately owned grape area of 7,3 hectares with vineyard, cellars, farm buildings, exhibition restaurant and with a small guest house of 6 rooms for sale.
The first acreage is to be found next to the wonderful stone-sea in Szentbékkálla. The whole vine stock is to be found on several plot no. in ca. 20 hectares the replanting of which began in 2017 and has not been fully finished until today. Planted grapes: Chardonnay, Italian Riesling, Blue Frankish. The southern location of the hill and the wind-free environment are particularly suitable for the production of first-class wine base materials. The wine produced in this area was granted the second place in the Chardonnay World Championship (Chardonnay du Monde) in 2010.
The second acreage is one of the most beautiful areas around the Balaton, or at least the area recognized by everyone as the best pinot gris grape area. In this area, a replanting was carried out in 2012. Therefore, the young vine stock produced crops only in 2015 for the first time. The southern slops from the hill Kerekes to Balaton guarantee high-quality crops. On this property you will find the production plant, a restaurant with hot food kitchen and a guest house with 6 rooms as well as a new cellar.
The plant was designed on 170 m2 in two rooms. One of the rooms serves as a place receiving and processing grapes meanwhile the other is used to ferment must and to store wine. The plant is currently operated by the owner in form of a limited liability company.
In place of the guest house handed over in May 2017 and of the hot food kitchen restaurant which is suitable for the supply of 80 people, a well-functioning restaurant was operated even previously. The cellar has been built in to the building and thanks to its vaulting; it can be a rally atmospheric place for events and wine tastings. The guest house is currently rented. In the below part of the slopes of the acreage, with an area of 0,5 hectares, it is possible to create a local production market which may further increase the sales revenue of the investments.
