Power supply: 3x50A electricity connection with H-rate tariff, 17 solar panels installed on the roof, electric car charging ports in the garage with outlets on both sides. There are 2 meters: one for the H-rate tariff for winter/summer and the other one measures the solar panel input and the house consumption. The house's heat pump and air conditioners are connected to the H-rate tariff.

Heating/Cooling: The house is heated and cooled by a 23KW Mitsubishi ZUBADAN heat pump, with underfloor heating and ceiling heating/cooling installed in the rooms. As additional heating/cooling, there is a Panasonic air conditioner in the living room and the penthouse bedroom each. The bathrooms have programmable Loxone-controlled electric towel radiators.

Water supply: The heat pump provides hot water to a 500-liter tank, which has an electric heating element. In case of a malfunction of the heat pump, this heating element prepares the hot water. There is an electric shut-off valve on the incoming water supply, which can be opened/closed using the Loxone system. Currently, it is set to shut off the incoming water 1.5 hours after the house is armed. The water going to the sinks and bathrooms passes through a water softener.

Air ventilation: The rooms are continuously supplied with fresh air through a 700m3/h capacity DANTHERM HCV700 ventilation unit.

Control: The heating, cooling, shading, water supply, and both interior and exterior lighting of the house are controlled by a LOXONE SmartHome system, individually tailored for each room. This system can be accessed remotely via a mobile phone or fixed iPod devices mounted on each floor. The control of the lighting and shading in the rooms is programmable and uses KNX switches with Hungarian language labeling. Temperature and humidity are measured in each room, and in many places, lighting intensity is also monitored.

Insulation: There is a 15cm insulation layer between two concrete walls on the garage level, and the building's external façade is insulated with 20cm graphite insulation.
