About the building:
The apartments have an "A" grade energy certificate. A central mechanical system provides hot water, as well as cooling and heating. Clean air is ensured in the apartments through a central ventilation system. All utility consumptions are adjustable and measurable.

Basic equipment:
Air conditioning, kitchen furniture, kitchen appliances (cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), bathroom fixtures, washer-dryer, as well as lamps, curtains. (Different layouts and furnishings per apartment!) Entry code access control system.

Furnishings:
Furniture: living room set, TV, bookshelf, dining set, desk. Bedrooms: double bed, dresser, guest bed, wardrobe. Accessories: decorations, lamps, and rugs.

Terms and conditions:
The lease term is fixed for a minimum of 2 years. The lease agreement is signed before a notary public, and a deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required before moving in. Early termination of the fixed-term contract incurs a penalty equivalent to two months' rent.

Operating expenses, utilities:
In addition to the rent, the Tenant pays for the apartment's utilities based on actual consumption (water, heating energy, electricity). Separate paid services include cable TV, satellite dish, telephone, and internet.
